Cadbury Silk - Silk Oreo is bad smelling even before expiration time

I have bought a Dairy milk silk Oreo which manufacturing date is **/**/** and expiry date is **/**/**.
Chocolate is smelling bad and white paper wrapper of the chocolate is filled with oil of chocolate. This is happening with me second time.
