Packet was damaged and opened form one side. Only half chocolate was present inside the pack and that too in very poor condition. I was afraid to see the chocolate condition, it might even got germs on it as the pack was already open. This is a malpractice against consumer. No matter how small the damage, but it happed.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
