Subject: Complaint against HDFC Bank Ltd. for Gross Negligence, Breach of Confidentiality, and Facilitating Financial Fraud - AMSPL.
Complaint Details:I, KVMR Srinivas (DIN: XXXX), Promoter Director of Asopalav Maritime Services Pvt Ltd (AMSPL), lodge this complaint regarding systemic regulatory lapses by HDFC Bank:
*. Unauthorized Loan Sanction via Forgery: HDFC Bank sanctioned an unauthorized "top-up" loan of ₹**XXXXX/- based on a fabricated Board Resolution dated **/**/****. As a shareholder and active Director, I never consented to this borrowing, nor was any Board Meeting held on the purported date. The bank failed in its mandatory KYC and due diligence by accepting a resolution with a forged signature. This violates RBI Master Directions on Credit Management and internal bank safeguards.
*. Breach of Data Privacy & Confidentiality: The bank has shared sensitive company financial statements, transaction data, and loan documents with the personal email ID of the co-director (ssvxxxxopaxxxxx.com) rather than the company’s registered email on **/**/****. This unauthorized disclosure to a personal ID is a severe breach of Customer Confidentiality and data protection protocols.
*. Failure to Rectify Lapses: Despite repeated written intimations since **/**/**** onwards regarding the fraud and the pending criminal petition, HDFC Bank has failed to provide the source documents used for the illegal sanction. Instead, the bank facilitated the co-director's claim that the loan was for "working capital," which was then diverted.
Thus HDFC has wasted my valuable time, money and energy and caused me mental agony.
Thus I demand ₹**,**,***/- from HDFC Bank towards Compensation.
