I am regularly facing issue in my Videocon d*h due to signal issue. Even there is no rain, cloud or and bad weather, I could not see all subscribed channels as many of the channels showing that signal not available. I could only able to watch **% of my subscribed channels. I have tried to reach with them over phone, but it is always busy. So tried with several complain through mail but they didn't respond. So want to make a complain here to take some serious action.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
