Ekart Logistics - Showing out for delivery from past 2 days but not delivering

i have ordered something from flipkart order and the delivery partner company is Ekart logistics and after tracking It is showing that my product is out for delivery from past *, it is showing out for delivery that' why i cant even cancel this order im trying to contact the delivery guy he started abusing me and saying "please dont call me i don't have any orders my area is different what should i do my order is worth rupees ₹**,***". how will i get refunded and cancel my order
