Meesho - Showing order Delivered but not received the parcel

am writing to raise a serious concern regarding an order placed through Meesho that was assigned to Valmo for delivery.

I had ordered multiple products through Meesho. Some products were delivered successfully through another logistics partner (Shadowfax), which confirms that my delivery address and contact details were correct.

However, one shipment assigned to Valmo was marked as “Delivered” on * June **** despite the following facts:

• No delivery executive visited my address.
• I did not receive any delivery call.
• I did not hand over the OTP to anyone.
• No family member, colleague, security guard, or authorized person received the parcel on my behalf.
• The order was marked delivered regardless.

What is even more concerning is that Meesho closed my complaint stating that the order was “delivered and confirmed via OTP.”

My question is very simple:

If I never shared the OTP with anyone, how was the delivery confirmed?

As a customer, I expect a proper investigation instead of a generic response.

I request Meesho and Valmo to provide:

*. Proof of Delivery (POD)
*. GPS coordinates of the delivery location
*. Name and contact details of the delivery executive
*. Delivery photograph, if any
*. Exact timestamp of OTP verification
*. Details explaining how the OTP was validated

An OTP is meant to protect customers from false delivery claims. If an order can be marked delivered without the customer sharing the OTP or receiving the package, then the entire OTP verification process loses its purpose.

After raising a complaint, I expected a detailed investigation. Instead, the complaint was closed solely on the basis of an internal system status without addressing the core issue.
