Indusind Credit Card - Showing as Negative Settled account after paying full amount on credit card

I have cleared all the outstanding balance on my credit card with extra one rupee with all interest and financial charges. but it is still showing as Negative Settled account in my CIBIL, I have made many follow-ups with bank and I wrote emails also but company is not responding till now.
