Ganesh Taatipamula filed complaint against IndusInd credit card on Feb 13, 2021
Myself Ganesh, I have IndusInd credit card since * years. I used to make regular payments before lockdown. I was missed payment cycle from lockdown due to low availability of funds.
Collection team members have approached me to make card payment.
Explained if I pay some amount my card will be considered for interest and later payment reversal. I followed them and paid **k( which is not total amount due) but reversal of charges was not happened.
I followed up each and every mode customer care, email communication and nodal officer at IndusInd but nothing was considered. Interestingly one email acknowledgement I got after ** days of request premium.care@indusind.com these ** delay cost me one month extra interest on my card.
Again. After two months same another my account goes to collection department and started approaching me and started home visits to harassed to make payments. And again orally convinced me to make payment company will give at least * month interest waiver if you done part payment. I did ***k, and waited for reversal of charges but I fooled my self second time. Now again they are following me to make remaining amount. Which is **k in which almost off amount comes under interest from previous months.
