Wow skin science - Short item were delivered

I had ordered *x* quantities of Hair Restoration Kit (which includes Onion Shampoo, Onion Oil & Onion hair Mask) *x* quantities of Vitamin C Kit ( which includes Vitamin C serum, Vitamin C cream & vitamin C facewash) on Buy * Pay for * weekend offer. It has been delivered to me after few days. When I received the parcel the box was so tiny, I started doubting that that it couldn't fit all *quantites of what I've ordered. Since, I trusted the company that it would provide me with refund / replacement, I accepted the parcel. When I opened the parcel it was exactly what I've expected, the box only had * QUANTITY OUT OF * QUANTITIES. From that day onwards, I started reaching out to customer service everyday, but did not get any revert back from their side. After some days one more order came this time (vitamin c kit), same incident happened again. Tiny Box, Short quantities. I did not get any support from their side till now, I even have the video of unboxing the box. I also sent them the video of unboxing but they weren't ready to see them, after so many calls, emails and chats my issue hasn't been resolved yet. Instead they put my number on a blocklist, not replying my emails and texts. I still have those box, those products, and those call recordings, emails, etc. I'm helpless now, they won't listen a word from me instead they blame me for accepting those parcel. What else would I've been done? It's so fraud company even they send me the products which are getting expired on January ****. I'm done with this crap company anyways, just expecting the refund of my order.
