I Booked realme X mobile thorough shoopkaart and paid thorough phone pe
At **th July, ****. While browsing the site it shows "Due to some issue with our Seller, All orders are canceled & refunded to the same payment method you used to pay.
It's credit within *-* working days but sometimes it takes up to ** working days depending on your bank.
Please contact us on or after **st August if your refunded amount is not reflecting in your bank account." It's **th Sep now but I still didn't receive my money. Toll-free no and company site is not working now I tried many times
So plz help me for this fraud.
