I ordered a phone from shoopkaart.com, Real me X and paid around **,*** Rs. to the seller website online through Google Pay. The account of the seller was linked to name; Rahul Kumar Mishra. The order transaction was done on **st July. I didn't receive an order confirmation email. I called customer care * days after placing the order and received assurance about the order. Still, didn't get any email at all. I have sent a couple of emails to them in past *-* days and yet no response. The website is down and there is no reply from the company. The customer care number is also not in service. It appears like a fraud. They have put a message on the website that money would be refunded till **st Aug **** and still no money credited until *st Sep. I have lost a huge amount of hard-earned money. I know there are many other victims of this website who bought and paid online. I hope Voxya could help me out.
