Puma Sports India Private Limited - Shoes got tear in middle of my journey

Recently I went for a trip to Katra. I carried my PUMA shoes for the trip. In middle of the trip on very first day after a walk of *-* kms I found my left shoe tear. Then I came back to my home town Delhi and file a complaint on *th Oct’** but they are not ready to help me out.
