Puma Sports India Private Limited - refund denial pathetic service from puma non compliance with central consumer protection act 2019

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

On **.**.****, I placed an order for [Mercedes Amg Petronas F* Jacket], and unfortunately, upon receiving the package on **.**.****, I discovered that I received an entirely different item. This has been a rather disheartening experience.

Upon complaining my refund denied, citing reasons that we have shipped the correct product, but if you do so, how I received different product?

Furthermore, there are many decisions of consumer forums regarding similar types of cases in which forums clearly stated no matter what happened customers should receive the original product, (which I didn't), and this results in fines & penalties to e-commerce platforms because this category falls under deficient service.
