This is with reference to my earlier grievance number *******. I am being harassed by vodafone flash sms after every call. My pack is unlimited and i suddenly got such messages. Why suddenly they are sending such flash sms after each and every call. I couldn't make any calls after that till the flash sms stops. This is harassment.
They called me * days back regarding the complaint. I got that call from Kolkatta. My state is Tamilnadu. But they are calling and speaking in Hindi. I clearly told them to get a call from Tamilnadu appellate team of vodafone. They said they would do so. But no one from Tamilnadu appellate team called me. They asked for two days time. Now * days gone. No one from tamilnadu appellate team called me regarding the issue. so i am escalating again. I want call back from tamilnadu appellate team.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
