I have ordered Tag hill clip on sunglasses with power antiglare lens with Order OD OIDLF***** on **.**.****. But after received the product on **/**/**** one of the clip on (black one) is not properly attached on power glasses but others are perfectly fine. Then I have mailed to the team and they have told me from my end I have to send the package to their address by my own shipping charges, and If the product is found faulty they will refund me the charges. When they received the product they checked the product and told me that the product is fine, and I was wrong and they will not refund me the shipping charges. I have again received the product on **.**.**** and saw that product is working fine, ie the clip on is working. So, clearly the clip on was not working properly and now the product is changed and working fine. But the company has not accept it. Now I want to complain against the Lensfit.com for cheating this type of defective product return policy.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
