Lensfit International Private Limited - Order Not Received

I placed an order on **.**.**** with Lensfit International. I have received an email to this effect which is attached as evidence. I have written so many emails to them after that. It is a prepaid order for which I paid Rs ****.
They have not responded to any email and have not shipped my product as of now. Please help.
