Complaint Details: Non-Delivery of Prepaid Order #U***** from Urbano Fashion
I am filing this complaint regarding my prepaid order placed with Urbano Fashion on **th December ****, with order number #U*****. I paid an amount of ₹*** at the time of purchase.
The tracking system initially showed smooth progress, and the order was marked as having reached the destination on *nd December ****. However, since then, the product has not been delivered to me.
Every day, I contact Urbano Fashion's customer support, and they assure me that the product will be delivered soon. Yet, no delivery has taken place, and the promised timelines keep passing without action. The tracking link last updated to indicate an expected delivery by *th December, but as of *th December, there has been no update, and the tracking system seems to have stopped updating entirely.
Additionally, I have sent multiple emails to Urbano Fashion's support team, but they have not responded. This lack of communication and accountability is frustrating and unprofessional.
As this is a prepaid order, I am requesting urgent intervention to:
Ensure immediate delivery of the product, or
Facilitate a full refund of ₹*** if delivery cannot be completed promptly.
