I have handed over * parcels at kurnool requesting them to send vishakapatnam at APSRTC logistics booking point in Kurnool bus station on ** November **** ( Tuesday).Further the receipt generated and given to us is at *.** PM on ** November **** and had received a shipment number #
********.I was initially impressed that I have got an SMS at *.** pm as the shipment is booked for * parcels to be delivered to vishakapatnam. Further after *.** PM there is no update received on the tracking status nor the Sms confirming that package is loaded for delivary.Hence I have called ****-******* on ** November **** @ **.** PM. However a lady picked the call had asked me to share the AWB number to track status and while the same is shared to her over the call by me she had checked in her system and told me that the shipment is still not loaded for delivary and the same is still been held with the boarding point.I have asked her to raise a concern on shipment still not loaded for delivary and not received Sms for loaded of * parcels. Further while I insisted her to log a complaint she had recklessly behaved and told me on face that it's a call connected to Vijayawada central office and not boarding point then why the hell the number is mentioned in the receipt of Apsrtc logistics consigner copy as central complaints cell. She had told me we cannot raise a complaint stating as the time did not complete for ** hours and further said she will follow up and let us know the status. Again I had a hope that I may receive call nor SMS on tracking status but till *.** pm there is no update. Due to this mental agony and harmful stress made by APSRTC logistics I could not able to send the shipment to my desired location in ** hours and due to which the wedding clothes which we had parceled from here did not reach as per the estimated time and due to which we had to purchase a bulk of clothes again for retaining our prestige as the APSRTC does not bother about the value of customers as it is government sector service.
There should be a compensation provided to me of Rs. **,***.**/- due to the mental stress that we had and please note don't give reason less answers as there were no buses to Vishakapatnam from kurnool till today afternoon from yesterday evening.
