**-**-**** I parceled a books bag through APSRTC logistics service from pamidi to anantapur till now it didn't reach destination. I rose a complaint through APSRTC logistics but I didn't get any reply. And I called to customer care number but they said it's not in their hands. I called to VIJAYAWADA APSRTC logistics Depot manager many times and they didn't respond and they said we have many works to do.
Please help me get books.
When I parceled my bag they put value just *** because I have no receipt for my note books.
