These trackon courier has not delivered my books yet which are in my city from last * days. Their jaipur office executives don’t even respond on call. They behave so casual.
Those books are very important to me as my exams are round the corner.
I called them **-** times from last *-* days and emailed them, not receiving any satisfied response.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
