miss . Vanshi filed complaint against Trackon Couriers P Ltd on Nov 24, 2021
Hello
I would like to convey that , I ordered a shipment from dealer , and I had paid Rs *** , for shipping , the dealer stated that weight was *.* kg and the trackon are asking for amount of *** /- INR .
Today on ** I received the parcel and I weighed it , as I had a doubt , the box was quite light weight , it was **** Grams weight , accordingly they have asked higher Shipping charges and , this is not the first time , since *-* times this trackon service has done same with me , I have a proof , the slip attached on my parcel mentions weight as * kg , however actual weight comes out to be *.*kg . The courier name is mentioned as - SUNIL ENTERPRISES

THIS PERSON takes extra money from the dealer , or either he shows wrong weight on the slip so that the dealer can ask for extra shipping from customers..
Hence he has a fault , he should be genuine with his work.
Will surely file a complaint against this in consumer forum
