My Document was sent through courier from Sivsagar on **/**/** viz. Consignment number: K********. As per online tracking status, it was received at Nagaon DTDC office and out for delivery on **/**/**. But I have not received the same till date. When I asked DTDC,Nagaon, they are ignoring directly and replying that they didn't receive it. As the document is very important and it's cost is Rs. ****, I am helpless in this regard.
