I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my order delivery.
As per the Ekart tracking timeline, the shipment reached Coimbatore on May *, **** at **:** PM and has been showing “Dispatched to Coimbatore Sort Facility” since then. However, even on the promised delivery date of May **, ****, the package has still not gone “Out for Delivery.”
This delay is highly frustrating, especially since the iPhone ** was ordered as a birthday gift for my husband. Despite the shipment reaching Coimbatore days ago, there has been absolutely no movement or proper update from your side.

I request immediate action and clarification regarding:
- Why the shipment has been stuck after reaching Coimbatore
- Exact delivery timeline
- Priority delivery without any further delay
This experience has been extremely disappointing for such an important and expensive order.
After repeatedly delaying my order from the original promised delivery date of May **, **** to May **, ****, your support team has now informed me that the shipment has been marked as “UNTRACEABLE.”
I am shocked at how casually such a serious issue is being handled for an expensive order.
Your support agents first kept blaming “logistics issues,” then claimed there was a failed delivery attempt, and now suddenly the shipment itself is marked untraceable. At no point was I given any genuine explanation, proactive update, or accountability from Flipkart or Ekart.
What is even more concerning is:
- No delivery attempt was actually made
- No delivery agent contacted me
- No address issue exists
- Yet support falsely mentioned an “unsuccessful delivery attempt”
This clearly shows misinformation and poor internal coordination from your logistics and customer support teams.
The tracking history itself has been completely inconsistent:
- Bhiwandi
- Thane
- Coimbatore
- Ernakulam
- Again “Dispatched to Coimbatore Sort Facility”
- And now finally “Untraceable”
How can an expensive shipment simply become “untraceable” after days of movement and repeated delivery promises?
I ordered this after carefully saving money for a long time as a birthday gift for my husband. Instead of a happy occasion, this entire experience has become mentally exhausting, stressful, and deeply disappointing.

I now demand:
- Immediate investigation into the missing shipment
- A clear explanation regarding how the order became “untraceable”
- Immediate resolution without further scripted responses

- Compensation for the stress, inconvenience, and ruined occasion caused by Flipkart
This level of negligence is completely unacceptable from a company of Flipkart’s scale.
