I ordered f&d f ****x **w Bluetooth home audio speaker on **th March **** through Flipkart. After completion of the order, they said it will reach by **nd March ****. But on **th March ****, they are saying that the product couldn't be delivered due to courier partner undeliverables area. So, for this reason, I contacted Flipkart customer care immediately and explained the situation. Then customer care person said that we are touch with courier partner to supply the product within time. But after continuous call with customer care person they finally responded on **th March **** and committed that your order will be ***% delivered by **th March **** before * am. But on **th March **** at ** am got a message that my order was cancelled. So they wasted my time a lot and I expected to give the speaker as a birthday gift.
