Redmi Note 5 Pro - Shipment cancelled by seller

I had placed the order for mi note * pro on fipkart on **th Oct ****. The order was ready to dispatched and was at my city ie pune as per fipkart shipment tracker. But suddenly after some time I got an notification that my order has been cancelled ie shipment has been cancelled by seller and the product cost which is ***** will be credited to my account on *st Nov ****. This is really disappointing. Is this a case that my money has no value so they opted a date of *st Nov to refund. Is this what fipkart provides services to customer.
