Redmi Note 5 Pro - Refused to give services

I purchased my mobile Redmi note * in May ****. I noticed display edge yellow patch on my mobile since **-** days , my one year warranty on phone is valid up to May ****, when I gave my phone at customer care centre they have accepted my complaint and received my complaint with remarks "instruments appears good", later they have informed that "touchpad bend" hence warranty will not be applicable and touch screen will be replaced with total charge of Rs. ****.** and returned the instrument to me. Kindly help me.
