Shine. Com - Shine.com not refunded my money

Hi
I am Alen i’ve received a call from one of shine.com staff ms.kushboo and rajesh they told me about shine career services and suggest me to register with them with the amount of **** rupeesfor more job opportunity i agreed but later they transferred my call to their recruitment team they asked me to pay **** rupees for verification, i paid the amount and furthermore they asked me to pay ***** for job verification I refused to pay later they gave me discount of **** rupees eventhough i refused to pay the amount i told them to cancel all the service and refund it but they said refund is not possible since i am not started using the service.please help me on this
