Shine. Com - By cheating raised number of invoices and cunningly convinced me to pay the money

Shine.com agent approached me to register to their site to get a good service. Once I registered (fess Rs. ****), a relationship manager was assigned to me.
He cunningly told me that two steps will be carried out and after **minutes conversations he said he is going to initiate the process and and sent me mail which had a link to pay money it was of Rs. ****. As I paid at once he sent another mail and asked why do you pay only one fees, though there is another fees you have to pay. It was Rs. ****, and I paid.
Then he said he is going to initiate next step and sent a mail with a demand of Rs. *****. I asked him this for what and he cunningly convinced me to pay the amount. I paid, and at once he sent another mail and said why do you pay only one there is another one. Here the demand was of Rs. **,*** - I said this is too high. He responded that this is the last amount you have to pay and after nothing else. I paid that. Very soon he said that now I am going to initate your presentation part and sent a mail with demand of Rs. **,***. This time I stopped and I said that I'll not pay and refund my money. By now I understood that it is completely a fraud. But he was not ready to refund and said that until you pay the amount process can not be initiated. But, I didn't accept. Now on request for refund the company is not refunding the amount. Please help me out.
