Shine.com - Shine com cheating

As my profile is on shine.com, shine.com approached me for service for which they asked me to amount to start the service. Though i said, i am not interested, they forced me to take resume booster service so that my chances of getting noticed are high and they said another person would call me to just activate the service. When another person called me, he said, initial amount paid is for registration and i would pay some more amount and put mental stress on me stating if i don't pay the amount whatever he demands, my services won't get activated. He has stolen whole amount and when he asked the more amount to pay, i got doubt again and questioned him. he said if i don't pay the amount, none of the service would get activated. Though esclated to Shine and thier grievance and asking for money, they then said they have no refund policy for which i raised a concern stating they did not even higlight to me. They are mentally harrasing me in the form of calls and by putting different persons to make me feel more frustrated and till now they did not refund money inspite of the fact that i raised this issue in National consumer help line.
