Dear team,
You have assigned me an RM namely vickey goel. I have purchased a premium membership today itself and this type of response is not expected by shine team. Please change my RM on immediate basis.He is very rude over a call and he didn’t know how to talk to customer. I am very disappointed with this type of service provided by you. He is talking like a roadside guy that I am not paying him. I am not getting hike because of my attitude. Is this the way to talk to a customer. I am going to mark a complaint against this employee. Please look into this and let me know asap. Moreover, he said you are paying me for the job I am not one who is begging you for the job. This type of language he was using over the phone call. Is this the way to talk to the customers who have recently joined the premium services.
