tata sky broadband - shifting of router

I have already registered the complaints several times since ** th June **** with ticket no.'s

I am complaining because I have to shift my router to different flat in same apartment . To resolve this problem I would like you to send you technician as soon as possible

When I contacted customer support they told a technician will visit in **-** hours but no one came so I again registered a complaint this time also there was no response. I have called customer support everyday since ** th June and each time they reply with saying they are forwarding the issue to backend. On **th June we received a call from one of your technician Deshraj he refused to come and told us to register a complaint in new address domain. Even after doing so we didn't receive any call from any technician whatsoever .So we called him again he told us contact ********** . This person told us he will visit next day. On **th June whenever we called him he said he will come in *-* hour and then from the evening he stopped picking up the call. Today again I called customer support Now they told to send the new ticket no. to ********** but he is deliberately avoiding our call and our is still unresolved.
