I have made a complaint regarding my broadband issue onn*th of October **** to Tata Sky Broadband (my service provider). I registered to their service by paying a sum of Rs.**** in the month of May. The distributor of Tata Sky broadband in our area talks very arrogantly whenever we face problems. Since * days we don't have any internet connection. We have called the costumer service for over ten times and every time they just say that the issue will be resolved by the end of the day. Today is the third day and our issue has still not been attended. Even got this month's wifi recharged (Rs.****).
