I have shifted home from Mira Road to thane Mumbai by np broker with premium service. The shifting partner (no broker) not packed stuff properly and demage a in Godrej almirah, computer table, bracket not uninstalled in Mira Road home, dent in refrigerator, broken leg of marble temple, missing stuff * no’s. I asked them compensation and they provided only *** rs. I have asked technician from my end if these can repair but it costing lot but still per visit charge is more than *** rs. Now days even plumber visiting home with *** rs then how can no broker thinking that *** rs compensation is enough. When I called them they said u got premium service only but not insurance.. when I was in talk with sales of no broker they clearly told that premium service having insurance as well. But its demage dent in fridge is small but still it’s there. I need justification. Plz help
