Unfortunately, we chose Razorpay as our Payment Gateway for our website. And since then we have been continuously following up with them to settle our payment againt the orders we received. We have been following up with them for a month and a half only to receive an automated email. As a new business, this kind of behaviour is extremely frustrating for us. We are appalled by the lack of sensitivity towards their customers continuous request for their own money.
We have requested a call back atleast ** times so that we could speak to their customer care agent to explain our situation better but again that request goes ignored.
