I am not receiving the signal on my set top box for the last * days and am calling the tata sky helpline since the **/**/**** every single day and they are telling me that within * hours your problem will be solved. But till today i am unable to view any channels and no one from the company has called me even once. This is mental harassment from the company which is telling a lie everyday and I am considering surrendering the Set Top Box now and better take some other company's STB. Very poor service.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
