ATUL SHAH filed complaint against Tata Sky D*h on Sep 10, 2021
I registered a crystal clear complaint regarding validity of recharge of TATA sky.
It is learnt that TATA SKY have added one package named "Manohar kahaniya" by way of consent from my father.
PLEASE NOTE THAT MY FATHER ISN'T YOUR CUSTOMER. YOU OBTAINED HIS CONSENT BY MISGUIDING HIM.
I requested to iImmediately deactivate said package. I have never agreed to tata sky for any such package. TATA sky's action of reducing validity for three days is ILLEGAL. I requested Tata sky
to RESTORE ORIGINAL VALIDITY OF PACKAGE.
TATA sky sent threatening messages to deactivate my TATA sky account but not looking my complaint as mentioned in email.
MY ACCOUNT IS VALID UP TO **.**.****.

Recharge the tata sky pack and not activate the TV pack.Amt is debited from my account and recharge is not done ,balance showing in nil.Customer care also not resolving issue continue harassing me.
