The company accepts an advance payment and puts it in my wallet. The ordered items are delivered for some days but later the area becomes unserviceable. Now I have been asking for a refund and fighting with their customer care executives for more than a month. But they don't seem to care at all and have no proper system to address this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
