Shekhar filed complaint against Independent Tv on May 8, 2019
At the time of selling the product to us, we have been told that all the channels as per our plan will be provided except HD channels. But suddenly they have stopped providing Discovery channels and English Movie Channels which were active in the initial phase after installation. Also before * days, they have stopped All-Star channels including star sports, star gold etc. which were also active before. Further upon inquiry, once they have replied that due to technical problem these sports channels are not working and will resume in ** hours but that doesn't happen and now afterwards they have stopped giving a satisfactory reply or even stopped replying only. Also, their nodal office is also not available for any solution. Also now on the name of software updation out services are tempered and the telecast is not getting viewed properly as it keeps hanging in every * to * seconds.
