Reference ID: [******-******] NL*************. I have booked a honeymoon trip with MakeMyTrip and I have been robbed with their services and promises. The resort they have was can’t afford a fan and AC is far away and I didn’t find any of it in Munnar. When I reached to MMT support they were very rude and unprofessional to support. They resolved my query by mentioning that Munnar temperature is so cool and therefore no fan and AC was available in resort, what a logic behind. And now I am helpless here as I have spent a number of amounts. Please guide me.
