I have been a regular customer of Netflix but for the current month I'm not getting the service as per my plan. I am on *** INR plan of Netflix but the service is really bad that I am not even getting HD service. When I am trying to complain over their customer service they are not acknowledging and registering the complaint. I have tried calling, sending mails and even posting on twitter but they are adamant that its the issue of service provider. I have already explained the fact I am using Netflix for past * years and I am using same ISP so how come over night it started having issues. I feel so frustrated therefore registering the complaint. Customer service is refusing refund or extension, they are not resolving not sure what to do.
