Hi sir ,
My initial netlfix monthly plan ( deducts on **th every month) from past *months is ***. But today i.e ( *th June ,**) my plan got revised automatically to ***/month and money got deducted from my account. KIndly request you to look into this and refund the excess money charged with explanation. Is this new kind of scam to loot people?. Need to take action immediately.
