Cognate Health Services Pvt. Ltd. - Services not provided and no claim reimbursement

Product Name - Cognate Preventive Health Services
I took preventive health checkup services for which company will reimburse the claim for visiting any doctor. I received a mail from the sales team in which it was no where written that I have to intimate to the company before going to any doctor. I took this policy on the basis of this representation made by the sales team. However there is no doubt that it is written there in the policy documents which I have received through courier after paying the fees. After that I want to cancel this policy in free look up period of ** days.
"We provide ** days for free look up which means ,If you get the benefits word to word then you can continue other wise you can cancel all
the services on urgent basis and your whole amount will be refunded in your account with in ** hours." This was the text which was mentioned in the mail.
Mail trails were going but all goes in vain. Now another claim of September month for which I have intimated them before still not reimbursed because they are claiming any technical issue and now they stopped picking up my call and answering my emails.
