Cognate Health Services Pvt. Ltd. - Bills not reimbursed

Cognate Health Service is a fraudulent company that claims to reimburse bills for the doctor visits & medicines prescribed by doctors.

I was told that bill reimbursement would be done in *-** days after submission but it has been * months when I sent my first bill for reimbursement & despite all false promises that has not been reimbursed till date & the contact person is not answering my phone calls.

I took policy for * members of my family for a period of * years.

Moreover, I was told that I can cancel this policy in ** days(if promised services are not delivered to me), but when I asked to cancel it(with-in ** days period), they refused to cancel it.

I was also informed that company(Cognate Health) would pay the emi charges(Interest & taxes charged by bank for emi conversion) every month, I have sent the mail with details one month ago, but there is no response on it as well.

In total my * bills(* doctor visit + * medicine bill) are pending for reimbursement from considerable period of time.

I don't trust this organization any more after hearing enough of false promises & need help to get this policy cancelled & my amount refunded along with the compensation for the mental agony suffered.
