New water heater purchased. Used for just one week. It stopped working. Service request raised on Jan** ****. Contacted them several times . False promises given. Spoken to Pooja and Adinarayana about the same. they only talk but no one visited the home for repair. We contacted on twitter they responded but our service is still not addressed. We are still awaiting their team to work on the product.
