Bajaj Electrical Ltd - faulty Geyser under warranty not Replaced

Complaint is against the dealer SK Enterprise, G*, B*/* Gamma Shopping Plaza , Jagat Farm, Gr Noida. Mob -**********, **********. My water geyser got burst. complaint was made to Bajaj customer care on *.*.**. Their Rep came and checked the geyser and guarantee card and issued REPLACEMENT tag on *.*.** stating that the dealer would call and replace it in * weeks. the dealer did not call. When i went to his shop with Replacement tag, firstly he did not entertain me but then stated to replace it with geyser of different company and demanded extra money which i refused and insisted on replacement of bajaj geyser only. He stated that he would check the availability anf inform me but never informed me. Since then i have gone to him * times and made ** calls but he always demanded extra money for replacement where as Bajaj company has already issued Replacement orders. His attitude is very arrogant and not customer caring. His attitude has caused me great mental and physical harassment for last two months.
He should not only replace the geyser but must pay a penalty for deficiency in service, not adhering to good business ethics and practices and causing mental and physical harassment to a senior citizen and Ex-serviceman like me.
