I registered a request for shifting my router at a different address on **th March, but the company does not take any action. I complained for this many times, I call the customer care three times a day but they do not provide any solution, they don't even listen to me. Please take suitable action against this. My registered customer id in broadband is *******.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
