I applied for Time Broadband connection (Service provider name: Seans Media Pvt Ltd) on **-May-****, but no connection provided from them.
At the time of connection, executive told me that connection will be provided by **-May-**** but no connection provided till date.
In-fact, now customer care is saying that there is some issue in my area so I have to wait for few more days.
This was completely unacceptable, so I dropped them a mail on **nd May **** (support@timebroadband.in) to cancel the connection and initiate the refund process immediately. But they are not returning the amount and also not cooperating . I registered a complaint against them in consumer forum but they are not responding to consumer forum also.
