Hathway team is sending mail for taking legal action against non-returning of Modem, which I was using from March **** to July ****. Though it was told initially that Modem would be free of charge if opting for * or more months plan. (They clearly mentioned that modem connection is free if the connection for * or more months is taken. That's why I took * months connection). Now, when I moved out of my house in Bangalore, I told multiple times that I am leaving.
But they didn't bother to send anyone to collect the modem. Now they are asking for the modem all of a sudden after almost one year.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
