I have taken independent tv service from */**/** by paying RS ****. They promised all the channels will given to you for * year without altertion in plan and extra charge will not be asked. After few week only they started reducing the channels without any information .when I call they are receiving call or telling complaint will resolve. By June first second week whole service is stopped and not imformed.when I repeated call they replied issue will solved and amount will adjusteb as service resume.now their is no response from customer care and website is disabled.i want refund of same or service resumed of same amount.
