Bsnl Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited - Service not upto the mark

I have purchased bsnl fibre connection at Rs**** in which monthly bill will be generated separately. Although i have bought the highest costly wifi connection when we can compare it with other providers.Still after giving the money and bills on time all i got was no internet connection. Their internet works one day then gets shut for a week. And when we call bsnl officials they give us no of some other person and he also do the same and the cycle goes on till weeks. No body feels the responsibility of addressing their customers or answering the calls.they have just made us frustrated. They don't know how to talk. All they know is how to loot. Please help me as my academic has suffered from this from October **** and my father has lost his job still he got me a wifi connection for my studies and they are not doing anything for us.
